Packaging Machine Warranty Information
Quality is our top priority, We will provide you with detailed information regarding the warranty coverage for our machines. Please find the following key points:
Standard Warranty Duration:
All IPA Packaging Machines standard warranty period are 13 months from the date of dispatch.
During this time, we provide comprehensive coverage for eligible warranty claims.
Spare Parts Warranty:
Our spare parts come with a 1-year warranty. However, similar to the machine warranty, wear items are not covered under this warranty.
Additionally, damages resulting from non-manufacturer defects are not eligible for warranty claims.
Warranty Extension:
We understand that some customers are seeking a peace of ease way to extend their packaging machine’s warranty for added protection.
IPA provides the extended warranty program. Please contact IPA customer service for details and pricing.
Covered Items:
- IPA’s Defects in Non-Wear Items: Our warranty covers any defects that may arise in non-wear items of the packaging machine. These items are designed to last and demonstrate long-term performance.
- Damages by IPA Technician: If IPA technician causes any damages to the packaging machine while performing their serviing, we take full responsibility for repairing or replacing the affected components.
Not Covered:
- Wear Items: The warranty does not cover wear items such as belts, bearings, sealing bar, heating elements, forming sets, sealing jaws, cutting blade etc. These items are expected to experience regular wear and tear during normal usage.
- Damages Not Caused by IPA’s Defects: Accidental damages caused by factors outside of IPA’s defects are not covered by the warranty. For example, if your employee accidentally causes damage or if foreign objects are get into the machine, these instances are not eligible for warranty claims.
Return of Broken Parts:
If a part fails due to a manufacturer’s defect, we request that the broken part be returned to us for analysis. This allows us to identify the cause of the failure and enhance our support services.
It is important to note that non-wear items are designed to last and demonstrate long-term performance.
Rest assured that we stand behind our warranty and spare parts, ensuring the best possible support for your packaging machine needs.
